Quality Control

Quality control is critical at ePropertyTax. We pioneered the first electronically monitored quality control process for property tax. ePropertyTax’s service center follows a lineal workflow process where each stage of the production process is monitored and double-checked for errors. Our business processes are annually reviewed through a formal SAS70 report that is prepared by an outside auditor. No other property tax service provider has completely aligned their service process to produce the same level of quality and real-time reporting as ePropertyTax. ePropertyTax guarantees the accuracy and timeliness of our professional services in writing to our customers.
