ePropertyTax® has assembled one of the industry’s largest and most experienced team of property tax professionals in the country. Our professional staff is supervised onsite by eight senior level property tax managers who each have 15 or more years of experience in handling property taxes for all of the major industries. Our customers are assigned a dedicated service team to foster better communication with our customer, and for our staff to acquire more in-depth of knowledge about our customer’s needs and properties. A number of trained technology resources assist our property tax staff with data imports and exports, and other customer data requirements as these technical needs arise.

ePropertyTax provides appeals, but unlike other appeal providers, our customers have the choice to use any outside appeal provider in conjunction with our services. Our customers are encouraged to grant outside appeal providers access privileges through the Internet to their data in ePropertyTax. Currently, over 100 appeal provider companies have been granted access privileges to ePropertyTax by our customers.

ePropertyTax stays current with the changes in property tax law and procedures. Our research and content department performs at least one annual review of the property tax rules and procedures followed by every state and local jurisdiction in the United States and Canada where our customers own property. ePropertyTax also has a professional education program that trains our tax professionals and keeps them abreast of the latest developments in property tax.
