Our hardware configuration maintains instantaneous performance, even during peak processing deadlines. ePropertyTax has a distributed processing environment where reports and similar processes are off-loaded to dedicated servers so large jobs, such as loading assets and creating returns, never affect your database performance.

In benchmark testing ePropertyTax has loaded over 500,000 asset records in an hour and summed 500,000 asset records in less than 10 seconds. During peak processing deadlines ePropertyTax has produced 1,500 Indiana returns (8 to 10 pages in length) in less than 10 minutes and produced over 11,000 customer generated returns in less than one day. ePropertyTax’s database is entirely scalable to 2,000 terabytes of data and over 400,000 simultaneous users.
